My name is Cynthia Zecic, EdD, MFT.
I have been working in mental health for more than 20 years as a licensed clinician. Often I get feedback that clients want more direct input. Coaching versus therapy allows for this more streamlined focus on goals and commentary about potential blocks to progress.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a behavioral model that I integrate that focuses on helping people follow through with guided value actions to live the life of their dreams.
