Relational dynamics have always fascinated me, and the dance of intimacy even more. The way we share and reject differences, the way we work to be accepted, be seen, heard, understood, loved. It is important to appreciate the dance of intimacy, drawing us toward our partners at times and away at others. This is the work I want to be involved in, helping couples find their way, possibly to re-experience feelings of when they first met, to be reminded why they chose each other.

The Men’s Accountability Group

Strength in Numbers.

Wisdom in Experience.

While private counseling provides the roadmap, the group provides the fuel. Many men find that after establishing a foundation in private sessions, connecting with others offers a distinct advantage.

This is not a traditional "circle time." It is a structured environment where men hold men accountable.

Shared Experience: Connect with others who have navigated similar high-pressure situations.

Perspective: Get honest feedback from peers who understand the male experience.

Network: Build a support system that extends beyond the therapy hour.

Note: Access to the Men’s Group is often recommended as a second step following initial private counseling sessions to ensure it is the right fit for your goals.

Take the First Step

You don't have to navigate this terrain alone. Let’s create a plan that works.
